Conform LLC ("Conform," "we," "us," or "our") operates https://conform.solutions and provides custom contractor websites, PWA lead dashboards, and instant lead alerts for trades businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

  • Contact form submissions: first name, company name, mobile phone number, email address, trade type, and city or ZIP code.
  • SMS consent: when you opt in to receive text messages, we record that consent along with the date and time.
  • Usage data: pages visited, time on site, browser type, device type, and referral source via analytics tools (see Section 5).

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiry and schedule a consultation call.
  • To send you SMS messages about your inquiry, our services, or updates — only if you have opted in. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
  • To send transactional emails related to your account or service agreement.
  • To improve our website, services, and marketing based on aggregate analytics data.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

4. SMS Marketing & TCPA Compliance

By checking the SMS opt-in box on our contact form, you consent to receive recurring automated and manually sent text messages from Conform LLC at the mobile number you provide. These messages may include information about your lead inquiry, scheduled call reminders, and service updates.

  • Frequency: Message frequency varies.
  • Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message.
  • Help: Reply HELP for assistance or contact us at hello@conform.solutions.
  • Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.
  • Not required: Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

5. Analytics & Third-Party Tools

We use the following third-party services to understand how visitors use our site:

  • Google Analytics 4: collects anonymized usage data. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
  • Vercel Analytics: privacy-friendly, aggregated visitor analytics with no cookies or cross-site tracking.
  • Supabase: we store form submission data in a secure Supabase database hosted in the United States.
  • Google Calendar: after form submission, we load a Google Calendar scheduling widget so you can book a call. Google’s privacy policy governs that interaction.

6. Data Retention

We retain your contact form submissions for as long as your inquiry is active or until you request deletion. Analytics data is retained per each provider’s standard retention policies (Google Analytics: 14 months by default).

7. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share your information with:

  • Service providers (Supabase, Vercel, Google) who process data on our behalf under appropriate data processing agreements.
  • Legal authorities if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of others.
  • A successor entity in the event of a merger or acquisition, with prior notice to affected users.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights including:

  • Access to the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction of inaccurate data.
  • Deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Opt-out of SMS communications by replying STOP.
  • Opt-out of email marketing by clicking unsubscribe.

9. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure database access controls, and limited employee access to personal data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
