Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using https://conform.solutions or engaging Conform LLC ("Conform," "we," or "us") for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

Conformprovides custom mobile-first contractor websites, a progressive web app (PWA) lead dashboard for the owner's phone, instant push notifications when a contact form is submitted, and lead list/status tracking — primarily for businesses in Southeast Michigan and comparable markets. Ongoing SEO content, paid advertising, and certain integrations may be outside the standard product; scope is confirmed in writing when applicable.

The specific deliverables, pricing, and timeline for your engagement will be confirmed in a separate service agreement or order form provided after your initial consultation.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Monthly subscription: billed monthly on the anniversary of your service start date. Current pricing is displayed on our website and subject to change with 30 days written notice.
• One-time setup fee: due before or at project kickoff and is non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Annual plans: billed annually. The one-time setup fee is waived for annual commitments.
• Late payments: invoices unpaid after 14 days may result in service suspension.

4. Cancellation Policy

Month-to-month subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days written notice to hello@conform.solutions. You will retain access to your service until the end of the current billing period.

Upon cancellation, you retain ownership of your domain (if registered in your name), your lead data, and any reviews you have collected. We will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning your domain DNS within 14 days of cancellation.

5. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver services, you agree to:

• Complete our intake form with accurate information about your trade, services, and service area within 5 business days of signing.
• Provide your logo, any existing photos, and login credentials for existing platforms if applicable, within the agreed timeline.
• Review and approve draft deliverables within 5 business days. Delays in approval may extend the project timeline.
• Maintain the accuracy of your Google Business Profile and ensure the business information we help optimize remains consistent.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the website content we create specifically for your business (copy, design assets customized to your brand). We retain ownership of our proprietary systems, templates, code frameworks, and methodologies, which are licensed to you during active subscription.

If you cancel, your content (text, custom images) remains yours. The underlying website codebase and platform infrastructure are not transferred upon cancellation unless separately negotiated.

7. SEO & Results Disclaimer

We implement proven local SEO strategies; however, we do not guarantee specific rankings, positions, or lead volumes. Search engine algorithms change frequently and are outside our control. Any case studies, testimonials, or performance examples on our website represent individual results and are not guarantees of future performance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Conform LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, lost leads, or business interruption, arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or services to:

• Submit false or misleading information.
• Attempt to access, probe, or test the vulnerability of our systems without authorization.
• Transmit spam, viruses, or any harmful or disruptive code.
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable local, state, or federal law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Michigan.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify active clients by email. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
